FAQ – POMPOM PARIS

We process and prepare packages from Monday to Friday.

The preparation of your order takes place between 24 / 48h maximum (working days).

The delivery times are those used by our partners (Colissimo France, Colissimo international Europe).

It all depends on the type of delivery you choose:
- Colissimo France: 3 to 5 working days / € 7
- Colissimo International: 3 to 5 working days / from 13 € to 25 € depending on the destination.

The POMPOM-PARIS site uses the HTTPS standard (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure), a security protocol which aims to encrypt the information exchanged between different websites in order to secure data transfers. HTTPS has been the standard used on all global e-commerce sites for many years.

We also use the 3D SECURE standard. This is an authentication procedure for the card holder, to ensure that the person placing the order is the same as the person making the payment on the internet. Only Visa and MasterCard “CB” payment cards benefit from this security.

Currently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order after validation. As soon as payment is confirmed, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation in order to dispatch it to you as soon as possible.

However, if you still wish to cancel your order, you have the option, depending on the delivery method chosen, to refuse the package so that it can be returned to us. The refund will be effective upon registration of your package at our warehouse and you will be notified by e-mail.

Reimbursement will be made to the account debited when ordering, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days, from receipt of the products by the seller, provided that you have returned the products to us in their original condition. to the address indicated on the return slip within 30 days of receipt of the order. However, the seller can postpone the reimbursement until the products have been recovered or until the customer has provided proof of the shipment of these goods, the date chosen being that of the first of these facts and under reserve the respect of the conditions indicated above. The seller will reimburse using the same means of payment as that which the customer used for the initial transaction. In any event, this reimbursement will not incur any costs for the client. You will receive from our Customer Service team an e-mail notification of your refund.
